What is NIDOME?

NIDOME is an operations system for used-PC sellers, ITAD providers, and IT equipment reuse businesses. It keeps projects, collection schedules, device records, erasure evidence, inventory, listings, sales, and documents in one continuous record.

Tax-inclusive amounts are planned figures calculated using Japan's 10% consumption tax rate. Actual billing is finalized using the applicable law, tax rate, and contract quote.
AI analysis is enabled only after the environment and usage conditions have been confirmed.
Data preparation, custom documents, additional training, and external service or API fees are charged separately.
External integrations are provided in phases and are confirmed for each destination before contract.

Before your evaluation

Functions with environment- or provider-specific conditions are confirmed before evaluation.

Can we migrate our current inventory data?

Yes. NIDOME supports bulk import through a designated Excel template. We review field mappings and data quality before proposing the migration approach.

Can erasure results and certificates be linked to individual devices?

Yes. NIDOME stores erasure results, device matching information, and original certificate files. API connections to external erasure services are introduced separately for each provider after a scope review.

Does NIDOME support multiple sites and role-based access?

Yes. NIDOME is designed for multiple companies and sites. Visible data and permitted actions can be controlled by role and store, and key operations are recorded in audit logs.

Can the application be displayed in English?

Yes. Users can switch the main application screens and supported documents between Japanese and English. Some operational master data and provider-specific content may remain in the language in which they were registered.

How is pricing determined?

Planned monthly pricing is JPY 49,800 for Starter, JPY 119,800 for Standard, and from JPY 298,000 for Enterprise, excluding tax. The final quote is confirmed before contract based on sites, users, managed devices, integrations, and implementation support.

Are English contracts and legal documents available?

The current official contract and legal documents are in Japanese. This English page is provided as product guidance and does not replace the Japanese official documents. Please contact us if an English explanation is required during evaluation.
